These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Indian Kennel Club mobile application (“App”) and services, including pet transportation. By using our App, you agree to these Terms.
We provide booking and coordination for pet transportation services. We act as a facilitator between pet owners and verified transport providers.
– Provide accurate personal and pet details.
– Ensure pets are fit to travel, with valid vaccination and health certificates.
– Provide appropriate travel crates and accessories if required.
– Follow transporter’s safety guidelines.
– Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment.
– Cancellations made [X] hours before scheduled pickup may be eligible for a refund (refer Refund Policy in the App).
– Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges.
Payments are processed via secure gateways. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
While we ensure our transport partners are verified, we are not responsible for:
– Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
– Pet injury, illness, or death during transit (unless caused by proven negligence).
– Loss or damage to pet belongings.
You must not misuse the App for fraudulent bookings, unlawful purposes, or activities that harm others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
Any disputes shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Hyderabad, Telangana].
