UPSSSC PET City Slip 2025 is now available at upsssc.gov.in. On 27 August 2025, the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) released the exam centre details for the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET). To view their allotted districts, candidates need to log in with their registration details.

As per the official timetable, the PET examination will take place on 6th and 7th September 2025 across 48 districts of Uttar Pradesh. Two sessions will be held daily—the morning session from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and the afternoon session from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. It is advisable for aspirants to check their exam city details in advance and make necessary travel plans.

Serving as the entry-level test for Group C posts, the PET is mandatory for candidates seeking UPSSSC jobs. Those who clear the exam will become eligible to apply for vacancies once the commission issues recruitment notifications. Keep in mind that the information published on 27 August relates only to the exam city or district; the official admit card will be released later.

Step 2 : On the homepage, click on the link titled “UPSSSC PET City Intimation 2025” available under latest notifications.

Step 3 : You will be redirected to the login page.

Step 4 : Enter your registration number, date of birth, and the security code displayed on the screen.

Step 5 : After successful login, your exam city details will appear on the screen.

Step 6 : Download the intimation slip and take a printout for future reference.

UPSSSC PET 2025: Exam pattern

Looking at the exam pattern of UPSSSC PET 2025, candidates will face 100 objective questions, each carrying 1 mark. The test duration is 2 hours, and for every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted as negative marking.

In addition to this, the paper covers current affairs, general knowledge, general science, reasoning, and elementary mathematics. It also features questions related to the Hindi language. Overall, the UPSSSC PET exam aims to assess the general aptitude of candidates applying for Group C posts.
